Coronavirus cases have drastically dropped in Italy, after the country was hit hard at the beginning of the pandemic. According to a BBC News article, Italy’s percent positive percentage has less than one percent. The country’s recent success puts it in front of many of its European counterparts.

After decades long tension in between Middle East countries and Israel, recent efforts has seen significant strides toward more peaceful relations. ABC News reports that the Saudi prince and other countries leaders remain on the fence in normalizing relations with Israel. Forest Fires Rage in Eastern Ukraine
Evacuations are underway in Eastern Ukraine after nearly 146 fires were reported. Eight death have also been reported as tensions rise with pro-Russian separatists groups that are rumored to have started the fires. Reuters says the fires have added to already high tensions in the region.
